Clutch ? 1999 Ktm Pro Jr 50cc, dominator clutch

How many thrust washers should there be for a dominator clutch? There should be washers in the inside of the outter clutch hub as well as between hub and crank seal.
Is there one on each side or four total with two on each side fit together?

Also, bushing, dose it fit inside crank seal?

Its a stock clutch. How many thrust washers should it need? two on inside between seal and hub wit h1-3 on the inside of hub?
Tried 2 on both side and hub dosn't want to move freely.

Anybody ever work on these, advice appreciated
