Clutch Plates

There is a bevel on one side of the metal plates from the stamping process, and I was wondering which direction everybody installs them. Bevel towards the motor or facing the outside???

I alway install the bevel towards the engine.

If you put the bevel towards the engine, cutch engagement is a lot more predictable.
