I am in NYC and they evacuated the building. I was eating and didn't feel it...thought I had gas.
I was up on an 8' ladder painting some columns in front of the house when it hit. I didn't realize it was an quake at the time, I just thought I was loosing my balance for a second. It felt so normal to me :ohmy:

The 3 in Virginia,close to a man made dam, nuclear reactor? China found out about screwing with massive amounts of water, where there was none before! Its been a splash having ALL of California? The political jokes about D.C. are pretty good though! I wonder if I am far enough away from the New Madrid fault!!!!!

Sketchy stuff! I've been told my neck of the woods is due for quite the shake in the near future so I guess I have something to look forward to. Hope everyone on the east coast is safe!
