im doing a rebuild of my forks and ive never really set them up correctly for my weight. its a 91 kdx 200. I'm 5'11" and i weigh 140 to 145 in full gear. any help would be appreciated.
i weigh about 135 without gear. im putting new seals and possibly new springs in the forks. i just blew out the fork seals and need to replace them. i ride trails mostly with a little bit of track riding. basically just harescramble type riding.
thing is that the only time i ahve to work on it is friday night and saturday and i race on sunday morning so i want to ride on saturday...can you give me a basic idea of the range i should have it in for harescrambles?.... i can dial it in on saturday if you can get me close to it
