couple newb questions

hey everybody, just registered and i have a couple questions. what does the bar below somebodies username with the six blocks mean? is it like a post count? and also, what does 2T mean?

Yes, that has to do with post counts, no I won't tell ya what the numbers are :)
2T means 2-Stroke.
