cr 125 fouling plugs

i just got a 95 cr 125 off a guy and it keeps fouling plugs left and right, when you first start it up with a new plug it runs amazing like it should but once it warms up it just bogs till the plug fouls out im not sure if its the jetting or somthing else? maybe you guys could give me some better adivice on this one.

Tranny side crank seal? Is it losing trans oil?

also check that the powervalves are working correctly. Or maybe jetting???

Stupid question, but you aren't leaving the choke on are you? That's bad, :).
