Been on to Eric Gorrs site which says about 144cc kits which it seems more than a few are running. I had one circa late 90s but most only offer 139cc for newer models. Is the 144cc kit avail for a CRI25 05 as well as older models. The list is not very specific.

Since the PV change that started in 2000, to get to a 144 the bore is enlarged 2mm and the crank stroked 1mm. It can't be done by bore alone.

The YZ/RM/KX can be made 144 with just the over bore.

Thanks, that would explain why all i see are 139s. The site didn't offer a lot of info model by model.

Just switching to a RM125 piston and modifying the head will give much better low end on your bike. The timing height is 1.25mm higher.
