cr80 jetting issues

I just bought an fmf sst and a Q silencer for my 1997 cr80rb and am wondering what the jetting would be. I run 32:1 and my elevation is over 1,000 feet. I also have a leaking oil drain plug and am wondering if a new seal would fix the dripping. Thank You.

Thanks, that helped a lot and my bike's plug is a bit black so I think I should move the needle down one clip???
