cr80r to cr80 expert conversion?

is there a way to convert a cr80r to a cr80 expert? do i have to change the rear swingarm and suspension or what? what is the real difference between them?

Swingarm, rims, spokes, tires and possibly the rear brake line.

You can check with keepitroostin dot com he will have parts of a brand new bikes that he has taken apart, but like you say it will be expensive. You can find a early 2000 model complete bike for not much more money.Then you can use what parts you need and still have a complete small wheel to sell and recoop some money. Just a thought.
