CR85 popping thru exhaust on starts

Sometimes on starts a pop can be seen and heard out the tailpipe of or 2003 CR85. The timing being off is unlikely I know, but does anyone else experience this'?

Your hitting the ignition rev limits . Just a goofy plug, Jetting off, Bad stator.

We had a RM80 and a KTM65 that ran well until WOt and once in a while it would pop/break up at hi rpm especially when engine free revved.

No, I suppose I should have said on the kick. Whenever it does it it doesn't fire up. Does it to my girlfreind, it probably has something to do with her weaker kick.

could just be unburnt fule if she is twisting on the trotle at the same time and not snapping down quikly enough to kick it over.
