The only thing that I would think could be an option is heavy fabrication and placing a cr85 swingarm, shock, brake set up, rear wheel, etc on one. It has been done and it takes some creativity.

I have thought about this myself...find a CRF150 chinese knock-off with a rear disk brake where the motor has gone away and you can pick it up cheap. Some of them have the rear disk brake set-up and the swingarm "might" be a direct bolt on. It is realistic to believe that they are close enough for this to work as most aftermarket CRF150 parts can be used on these bikes. My hesitation frankly is not the work associated with this endeavor, but the suspect quality of the parts.
