CRF450R Clutch help?

2008 crf450r I need to replace the clutch basket. Will the basket come out through the clutch cover or will I have to remove the rh sidecover? The gear is smaller than the basket. New basket is on the way but no rh cover gasket just wonder if I need to get one on the way.

You'll need to remove the cover...

you have to remove the entire sidecover. Be sure to get a new gasket and O ring for the water pump dowel

Thanks for the info. I had to remove sidecover. Installed a Barnett basket and the install went smooth except for the thrust washer that goes between the basket and the inter hub. Nothing was mentioned about it in the instructions but the factory washer won't seat in the Barnett basket, the OD is to large. The washer had a 48mm OD and had to machine it to 40mm. Clutch works smooth as silk now.
