My cylinder needs to be replated but then I found a cylinder on **** and I couldnt tell anything from the photos, but I asked the seller and he replied "the piston has deceleration marks and the walls are good but show some wear. I do not think it needs replated at this point."
What are deceleration marks? And is it worth spending the money or have the one I already have replated?

If both need to be replated you are better off using the cylinder you currently have rather than paying someone else for a junk cylinder.
