A lot of people go to a #7 slide instead of the stock #6. I've resisted in doing that since I didn't want to pay $60 for a slide. Others chop theirs down to a #7. For where you live, the #6 can be had. Here's a couple of things I've come up with over the years. On needles: N85A = NOZE ---> Richest N85B = NOZF N85C = NOZG N85D = NOZH N85E = NOZI ---> Leanest In relation to that, there are five positions in the needle. Top is leanest, bottom is richest. The needle effects Being I had a rich needle, I placed the clip in the 2nd from leanest postion allowing me to adjust it and it only to suite my enviroment.
