I did the same thing to my '87 CR250 back in the day. I totally caved in the tube but didn't bend it. I would make sure there are no cracks or tears in the metal. If there aren't any, then you should probably be OK. I sold my bike at the time to a guy who raced it and he never had any problems as far as I heard. That tube is in tension for the most part, landing, jumping, and only in compression when you brake. I think you should have no problems. I would only do some repair work if there is a tear or crack.
