pipes arent made add power all around. they are designed to make power in different areas and move around the powerband.

Actually the main objective of most all of the main brand exhaust systems is to lighten.... your wallet. Most of the "performance" if superficial bling that makes ya' feel like it's faster because you spent all this money and the advertisements says it's going to do it.
I'd be suprised of most folks that installed one of these systems did little more than adjust the external adjustments on the carb and maybe a smaller number might adjust the needle clip.
