Does A After Market Exhust Really Help??

I have a 2007 honda crf230f and i would like to know if an after market exhust would give me more power? i had a Pro Circuit, full system exhust in mind would that help? Please give me some input. Thanks

Will it make you a better rider? - Certainly not

Yeah, with a full exhaust system (not just a slip on) you will have somewhat of a power increase. Your bike will most likely have a crisper throttle response and you'll see a gain in power over most of the RPM range. Not so much that you will be totally taken back, but noticeable. And that is if you get your jetting right.

My cousin piped her TT-R 230 and it was noticible. I don't know about the Hondas, but the Yamis are tonned down quite a bit, and that FMF pipe helped a bit on the middle and top end.

yes, youll see a slight increase in performance,but i would spend the money on other mods.

Your money is better spent on a new set of tires.

bbr springs would be a much better mod. unless your holding it pinned the whole time an exhaust isnt going to help
