Hope someone can help!! I have restored an 86 DR125. When I started it for the first time the lights (front and rear) went from dull on idle to extremely bright when the rev's increase, then both bulbs blew. I have checked part drawings and can't seem to find a voltage regulator anywhere. Is the regulator internal? I checked the wires with a tester and the the voltage climbs from approx. 10v on idle to approx. 30v at 1/4 - 1/2 throttle. Any help would be great.
