Friot pie is a delicasey(sp) here in Texas. You take Frito lay frito chips and put them on a plate. Then you cover them in a nice thick layer of chili :p Then you put cheese on the top of that. Its great....... :aj:

What you really do is take a bag of Fritos, add in a big ol' can of Wolf brand chili and shake. Then add cheese, onions and jalapenos. Man size meal. If yoou prefer armadillos the shell makes and excellent bowl!

Armadillo is NOT on the menu but is available FRESH. You'll likely see several while at Cooperland, on your way to Cooperland, and when you leave Cooperland. Ahhh, opposum on the half shell. ;)
