Is there such a thing? I know about elbow pads, but are there ones that provide support as well? I ask because in my last race, I washed out, and was hit by another rider while I was on the ground and my hand was still on the handlebars. It caused me to tweak my elbow, and I pulled some ligaments in there. I'd like to find something to help protect my elbows from further damage.

You can get a neoprene elbow brace. Similar to knee braces. Not sure how much it will help. I shattered my right elbow 2 years ago. I wore one for a while, it was week and I was afraid of hyperextention. I also have some braces from the ortho doc. They go from the armpit to the wrist with metal rods on both sides and a hinge at the joint. Had to wear it for 6 months until the bone grew back together. Very uncomfortable and hard to ride/race in.
