Anyone ridden one from 2001 - 2006 model? any good?

I have and love it, see sig above. Best bike I have owned yet and would never part for another 4 stroke again.

I own an 02 and am hapy with it, though I'm just an old fart though who doesn't race. 01-03 saw minor changes, 04 was a big change and seemed to put the bike near the front of the Magazine tests etc.

yea they are good bikes, my friend has one with a pro-cirtcuit silencer and header, and it is sooo much faster than my other friends 02 kx250 (stock).
