First of all, can't say anything about quality or how they compare with others on the market, that will be added once I receive them. This is about customer service.

We all know companies can drop the ball, it'll happen to the best. It's what they do about it that counts the most. My order was placed on the 19th (this month), card charged, never arrived.
Called, yup, "we missed it somehow". They said they'd get them made and shipped asap.
Realized today that they have a "ship in 48 hours or free" garantee, called them back. "Yup, I'll credit the card for the full amount, you'll have the product no later than Wednsday".
The ONLY complaint I have is they didn't offer this when I called yesterday.
I'm curious to see how these measure up to SoCal DeCal, those guys make a great product. I like that the FX bg's integrate the airbox into the design.
