Financing a AF......
A.J. - Yeah, Jer had my Berg suspenders. I hope you get better soon. I kinda know how you feel. I have been out for a about a month now with 2 broken ribs, bruised right lung and 2 tore up kidneys that would not stop bleeding. I figured it was the perfect time to send my stuff off.... Anyway onto the AF. Yep I have decided that my next bike is going to be an AF. I like the power of an open bike and the new frames are really sexy. I really like my Berg too. Its light, handles great, and is fast as hell. But I have to admit that I am crossing my fingers as to wether or not this bike will hold together for 2 years. I also think I like the 2 strokes better. Since 98 I have had a DR350 (waste of money) a 380EXC (kick butt bike would have another in SX trim) and the FC550 (great bike so far). I rode Kiwi's AF in Reno and I really really liked it. I think an AF with Jeremy's magic, a big tank, steering damper, and a spark arresstor would be the bike for me. I am in the process of getting a game plan together on how to get rid of my Berg in 6 months or so and into an AF. After the deposit how long a wait is there before the bike is ready? Is there a waiting list?
