Well finally took her out today for the run in and general fun.
The 1 hour running in period took about 2 hrs. when you actually time your rides its amazing how long it seems to take to just get 1 hour on the clock.
Still need to get the jetting sorted the pilot needs leaning off as it was a little boggy untill the revs got up then bam power, these old 125's are pretty damn quick.

I rebuilt an 85 a few years ago and it had the light switch power band I road it once after the break-in and then sold it I hated the power band cause it would sneak up on you and try to hurt you I have a kdx 200 now

You know i didnt think so but i got an 84 suzuki myself great powerband dont you think?
