You mention that the size of the flexihone should be 10% smaller than the cylinder size. Is that right?

Im thinking CR500 jug @ 90mm, so a 84-85mm unit ok?

Thanks for the offer John, but I don't know when I'd see you again to return it. I'll probably just slip the local shop $10 bucks to let me use thiers real quick.

I was just curious what they cost, and if it was worth buying one. Sure wish they made an adjustable one that did different size bores. If I could get one to do my bike and jr's 85, it would pay off.
