does the flywheel spin while reving the bike with the clutch in,, or while in neutral? or does it just spin when clutch is out and in gear? If it does spin with clutch in, does it spin extra fast when you rev it up getting ready for a start?

To the little critters livin on the flywheel wouldn't it look like the whole bike was spinning???
