I am currently using the PJ1 Cleaner on Maxima FFT oil. I'd bet it will work on any type of oil. You just spray it on mush it around and wait a few minutes. Then all you do is wash it out with WATER! No more gas. The stuff is mint. I've also seen a similar product by Uni that does the same thing.Originally posted by Matt_H
PJ1 makes an filter cleaner? what is it good for?. Does it work with all normal oil?. Sorry had to ask I'm just sick of using gas to clean with.

PC Racing's Filterskins. They keep out 90% of the dirt from your filter and are easy and convenient to clean. It's been my experience that cleaning the air filter, especially with gas, is what causes it to break apart so the less you have to clean it, the longer it will last. 3 filterskins for about $15 will save you a lot of time and money in the long run.
