For Swift and other ProCycle customers

If you've bought a bike from ProCycle in Columbia or Springfield, MO, or possibly evilbay as they usually have several bikes on there, you may or may not know that they were under investigation byt the MO Atty Gen for misleading advertising practices where they stated "out the door" prices in their advertising. Lo and behold, once the customer arrived suddenly there were a bunch of fees added on. Well, here's the resolution if you want to call it that:

I've only been in ProCycle one time to buy gear for my son and I know their customer service sucks. No One ever offered to help us and the place looked deserted as far as employees go. I don't know how they are when buying a bike, but they do run some good deals. With the law suit, I wonder how good those deals really are tho. I'd be interested in hearing Swift's story.
