forged piston properties

would i notice the difference of a wiseco forged piston?
the stock yamaha piston is not forged ???
forged piston is lighter?
duz it require a wider clearance to the cylinder wall?
are they noisy cuz of this?
anything else i should know about em since i'm new to 2 stroke building?

no the stock is not forged, its cast

no they dont require a wider clearence to the cylinder wall but they do needd a longer warm up period b/c the forged piston doens expand as quikly as the cylinder does during warm up.

i havent realized any noise difference between the two different pistons.

go with a wiseco, they're dependable and good quality for a good price :) i havent had a problem yet
