Fork Oil - How Much?

Hi, just bought a new "leftover" 02 KDX 200. I already purchased stiffer fork springs due to my weight (185 lb.) but how much 125/150 7wt fork oil do I use? I was told 4 inches down with the forks collasped. Any other suggestions, little more, little less?
