I have searched around and the only place I can find the specs for fork oil level is a Clymer service manual ( I wish it was a factory manual) and it calls for a min. 90mm to a max. 140mm. That is almost 2 inches difference. So, where should I start. Split the difference at 115mm? The setup services online that I have found so far only go back to 1997. The bike is a 94 YZ250, I weigh 210 in gear, 40 years young, inseam challenged (short legged), last raced motocross 20 years ago, so I am a S LO W W novice. Thanks in advance...Kevin

Start low as you can easily add oil.You can add oil through the air bleeder holes.
