how often do you need to replace the oil and seals in you in your fork and what oil do you replace it with? thanks

Fork Oil Change

Like any other maintenance procedure, it will vary with the type and frequency that you ride. I usually change mine once a year, but I don't ride every weekend. I just changed it and it had been about a year. This time, we completey disassembled the forks, cleaned everything and put in new oil. I chose Golden Spectro, but there are quite a few choices, with Mobil ATF being on of them. You can search this forum for more info, there is a lot of info out there. Fork seals... replace when they leak!!
