Fork oil

I plan on putting new fork springs on my 2004 kdx 220 I am going to use the 1996-99 XR400 springs. Does anyone have any recomendations on fork oil and weight to use. I weigh about 200lbs. and do just moderate trail riding. I'm an old 49 year old kid with a bad back. Thanks for any help :debil:

I used belray 7wt fork oil when I did mine

I went with mobil1 atf which is about 7.5 wt. I go 200lbs with gear and used the same springs you chose. You have me beat by 8 years, and my back is still 100% by some miracle.

Thanks for the advice I will try the Mobil 1 ATF maybe I can find it at local Wal-Mart here in Metro Atlanta. :debil:
