Fork Seals and oil

Im planning on replacing them as the oil has blown rite through...is there any sites that give you a step by step guide or explanation on replacing them
the bike is a 1989 kx 125
and if you know any other sites that has anything to do mechanically to do wityh my bike then post it cheers
