I have the WP 4054 inverted forks on my 87 KTM 350 EXC.
They are bottoming hard and rebounding to fast, has anyone dealt with this suspension or have had a problem such as this? Any suggestions of what I may need to do are greatly appreciated. I don't have the manual or I would have a better idea.
Thanks a lot all.

Forget clickers, when's the last time your suspension has been serviced? Bushings, seals, and oil sound like they all need to be replaced. If that won't work for you, at least change the fork oil (or have it changed for you).

the oil is fresh before I got it and there or new fork seals also. I figured I was going to need to get them serviced but was hoping maybe not. Now I just need to find a shop that can do the service for me around here unless you guys know a good place that can do older WP forks?

It sounds like someone put to light of oil in them. You really need to find out what weight oil that they need and how much.
