Bike: 11/91 KDX200F3 (Australian road legal model)

Problem: Single piston front brake caliper does not have enough stopping power

Remedies tried: new pads, new rotor (old one was due to be replaced anyway), rebuilt slave cylinder, rebuilt master cylinder, drained & bled system with new fluid.

Nothing has worked, I can pull the lever as hard as possible and no matter what, I cannot get enough stopping power to lock the front wheel. I can even push the bike and get the wheel to rotate (just).

Can anyone suggest a twin piston caliper that would be a 'bolt on' mod?

Before you start throwing on new calipers. Have you tried non sintered metal brake pads, they don't last as long but they do stop better. The other thing to try would be a braided brake line.
