Hey guys. New to the forum, but I need to replace my fork seals on my 2002 KDX 200. I was wondering what the volume of fork oil was that needs to go into each fork? Since it has been leaking, I don't imagine I can just re-use what I had left in there.

No, don't reuse your oil..
530 mL is what the service manual says , 5wt oil
Change it in both forks , your forks will thank you....

There is a set procedure for changing oil and checking level. A little searching will find it for you.
I liked ~7 wt; mixed 5 and 10 wght. A lot of people swear by ATF. I prefer an oil bottle that says "Fork Oil", not "Automatic Transmisson Fluid".

It is also possible you can get the seals to stop leaking by cleaning them.
