front fork seal ??

how do i pull the fork seals out ....like is there a really easy way to do it or is it really complicated ?? i just seen that they were leaking last weekend when i got a flat so its a good time to tune it up a bit i guess

oops forgot to specify ...my bike is a 1990 kdx 200 with stock forks ...well i think so

You need to disassemble the forks to replace the seals. Not a horribly tough job if you have a factory manual. I think I fabbed up a couple of special tools to replace the seals with PVC pipe - but since its been about 5 years since I did it I don't recall the details. :)

Anyway, get a manual and search the archives - its basically in the category of a "nice saturday morning project"... maybe into saturday afternoon if you're real particular and take your time.
