front sprocket

2003 CR85 Expert-front sprocket has a little side to side movement in the splines. will I need a new shaft if I keep riding it?
Haven't taken it off yet to look at it- is this common?

They're all like that. Don't worry about it. The splines on the countershaft are very tough.

Don't worry, the sprocket will find it place during rotation.
It works this way also on DR-350.
