well personally i like the maxima 927 or k2 but they tend to seperate more then a oil like amsoil which is a full synthetic. As far as a ratio 32:1 is what I tend to use, I just ran some amsoil dominator at 32:1 and all i did was foul plugs like no tomorrow. then I did it at about 44:1 and it was ok I just dont like to mix 50:1 like it says on the bottle. wow an 84 rm 125 that must be fun no powervalve i bet you need to hold on tight.btw 32:1 is 4oz. to 1 gal and 40 is 3.6 or 8 with a 125 i would'nt go too far from 32 enless you just have it as a tool around the yard bike. if you have it scremin like a raped ape then you are going to need more oil. glad to help you with whatever you need and i am not the only one. cheers :)
i wouldent run whats in your manual the oil now is so much more advanced i would stick with 32:1
and what the other guy said you dont foul plugs like crazy you HAVE to jet for it,
and also i have run amsoil dominator when i was about 6 sizes to rich on the pilot jet and,
6 sizes to big on the main jet, and i NEVER ever fouled a plug, my bike just didnt run at full potentioal either way you will still have to jet that bike probably more then likley came to rich from the factory
