I used those directions and found it to be very simple. One thing, make sure to stuff a small piece of rag down the right side PV cover, where the actuator comes out of the cases. The nut that has to be removed can very easily fall down there. Another trick, use a propane torch to heat up the small nut on the right side, the mounting plate is supposed to be very weak and easily broken by the torque of the nut. I heated mine up to melt the ny-lock, and just replaced the nut with a new one. It is possible to remove the valves with the jug still on the cases, but is easier if you remove it.
