Gear Oil Amount

Maybe im just having a D.A. attack, but i cant seem to find anywhere on my engine on my 2002 cr250 where it says how much oil i should put in it. I know that on my other bikes it said next to the fill hole. Anyone know the amount or where the numbers are located on the motor??

There should be a plug on the side of the engine, pull it and fill until oil comes out the hole.

i put 800ml in my 03, i believe your suppose to use 750ml but i pretty much eyeball it and give it the extra for oops factor . your bike will be fine with anything between 600-900ml imho

if you want to be exact, the plug he is talking about is an 8mm hex with a phillips slot in it also
