Good job finishing the enduro Natalie. Instead of eating I like to drink those diet shakes like Slimfast. Usually I'll have one 1/2-hour before my keytime and one at the gas stop. They're filled with vitamins, provide instant energy and are easily digested. Recovery is a whole other problem. I'm usually back to normal by Tuesday unless my body sustained major crash damage.

I went out to local OHV park on last Sunday.
There were 5 DRNers there including Natalie.
She rode some BLUE (intermediate) trails with no problem.
Then later while I was still riding on trails, she went on MX track.
I missed the chance to see her, but rickyd told me that she got some AIR at the jump. :yeehaw:
So it might be true that she is getting ready for MX and hare scramble for DW'03!!!

Fantastic Natalie!

btw...I saw Kevin's bike at the 49 at one of the check. Didn't pay much attention to the bike brand...just noticed a bike on the side puking it's guts out.....it would have been funny if not so depressing!

Just keep going, the quicksilver is coming up and that should be the toughest one of the year. I got up at 3am this year to go only to find it POURING out, and went back to bed. When I heard no B's or C's finished I was glad I didn't go.

but no wimping out next yeat. We'll be down at clear creek many, many weekends before.
