Hello everyone. My parents just purchased an antique store near hale michigan, on M65 i believe. They wanted me to come up and help them with stuff this weekend, BUT i noticed some trails on either side of the road last time i was up there, and now i HAVE to bring the bike (sorry dad)
Anyways, i was wondering if anyone could tell me about these particular trails, or direct me to a map of them. no clue what they are called or what loop they are a part of so any info at all would be great! thanks everyone!

Well, after a bit of searching it looks to be called "huron trail". Hopefully it will be a fun ride.

If i remember correctly you can ride on the side of the road in iosco, right? I don't have a big tank on the 450 and my buddy doesnt have one on his 125, so i hoped to be able to connect with a town to re-fuel and eat. Considering you can ride beside the road, will i have cop trouble pulling into a gas station? or a resturaunt? ive never done that type of riding, mostly private tracks and such, this will be my first "real trail adventure". Thanks for the help, im a noob to the whole off road and trail scene.

Get a local map that shows which roads are open. I don't have one off-hand, best to check with local biz for one.
The M class roads are NOT open - that would include M-65, M-33 and M-72.
Speed limits are 25MPH for ORVs, if you keep it slow, you shouldn't be bothered.
