HiAll,
In viewing several KX5's for possible purchase,I've noticed that common trait. I realize there are several potential factors/reasons that would affect(or effect) the starting,but,
viewing the spark produced by the coil and knowing that Jap flywheel mag ignition systems are historically 'adequate' at best prompts me to consider the immediate replacment on whatever I wind up buying....
More ignition spark is always an improvement,but I haven't as yet found the electrical specs for the OEM coil that will allow
me to match it with a stronger unit.
Does any one know what those values are?
