I have raced all of the Buzzard MC enduros. They were formerly held a few miles from Harrison in Leota. Many good long sections of MI sand event and orv trails. This was the location of their last national a few years ago. In the last two years they have put on races in Harrison. Very short races. Less than 20 miles of actual racing. Most sections are barely 3.2 miles. They even have bumped up the speed average and used a reset in order to make a section long enough to score. They also use the same sections more than once in an event. Last year the event was a mess. Alot of mud and riders going everywhere. Some rode the whole trail, others did not. I hope that they will be running their old trails in Leota or they have come up with ALOT more property. I sense that they have been trying to put on "fun" races for begginers (restart format, short sections, overly long resets, low total ground miles). The Lipovskis do know what a national caliber enduro is all about. I hope they decide to give us one.
