HELP!!.......`93 250SX swingarm bolt

OK,I know this sounds strange,but how does it come out ? It`s got a nut on the shifter side that we removed,and what appears to be a captured nut on the other side.I dont wont to just force the captured side out if I missed something.I`ve worked on lots of bikes,but I never saw a swingarm with nuts on both sides!!!!!
Any help from someone who has seen this?

Wow are you serious?
The bolt slides out with the nut on the right side.
Time to sell that dinasour

Thats what I thought,but it didnt budge and the last thing I want to price is that bolt.The word backorder comes to mind:p ! I just wanted to ask to be sure before I started really banging on it and it mushroomed!
