help changing fork seals on wr400

hi can anyone tell me how to change fork seals on a wr400 '98
or can anyone email me workshop manual pages to do this. i have never done any USD forks before only conventional ones and that was 10 years ago
also what oil do you reccomend

Go to mx-tech site under support, KYB bumper fork rebuild should be about the same procedure.
