I had chronic fatigue syndrome, arthritis, and scoliosis (side curvature of the spine). Not any more. Fresh fruits, raw vegetables (especially juiced), no beef, hardly any cheese, more grains, and listening to my body and doing cleanses when necessary to unclog the lymph/blood/intestines. Oops I did it again. I talk too much. You probably just wanted to know what pill to buy. Well, anyway maybe someone will get inspired and go to the health food store and buy some books and educate themselves. [/QUOTE]
