HELP NEEDED ASAP - CR125R Cylinder 2001 vs 2003

I need a cylinder for my son's 2001 Honda CR125R. According to Service Honda they're on a national backorder. I might have a line on a 2003 cylinder. Does anybody know if they're interchangeable?

Different part numbers but not sure what the changes are.

2001: 12110-KZ4-L10
2003: 12110-KZ4-L30
